Wet Scrubbers

SG Plastic is an industry leader in the design, manufacture and installation of turnkey wet scrubbers made from thermo-plastic materials.

SG Plastic offers a host of standardized scrubbers for flow rates of up to 20 000m3/hr as well as customized scrubbers to meet more specialized requirements with airflows of up to 100 000m3/hr. Scrubber Types include Continuous Scrubbers, emergency abatement scrubbers as well as biological scrubbers. Scrubbers are available in vertical tower design (single or two stage) as well as horizontal design on selected models (single stage).

All scrubbers are manufactured using only DiBt approved thermo-plastic materials resulting in superior chemical resistance. SG Plastic draws from over 30 years of experience in scrubber design to give the customer the highest quality thermo-plastic scrubber available on the market.

 Our process partners work closely with us on the process design for each scrubber ensuring that customers meet their emission requirements. All scrubbers are backed-up with a process guarantee. Our patented new generation packing offers high void fraction and superior HTU factors thus resulting in smaller diameters, lower bed heights and low pressure drops while reaching removal efficiencies of up to 99.9999%.
