SG Plastic is the sole licensed agent and manufacturer of John Cockerill’s Europ-Plast® centrifugal fans for Southern Africa.
Europ-Plast® is one of the world’s most highly renowned brands in chemical resistant centrifugal fans. All Europ-Plast® fans are manufactured to the highest manufacturing standards imposed by our licensor and using only DiBt approved thermo-plastics for superior chemical resistance. MOC’s include, Polypropylene (PP-H), HDPE (PE-300), uPVC, PVDF and Electrically Conductive PP-S for explosion and spark proof applications.
Special emphasis on design and manufacturing methods means Europ-Plast® are some of the most efficient thermoplastic fans available on the market. Housings are expertly fabricated using CNC cut and machined components while impellers are either moulded (VCPL and VCPA) or expertly fabricated (VCP and VCP-HP) and balanced ensuring the smoothest and quietest operation.
All fans are available in direct drive while belt drive fans are available for a vast majority of the range. There are four main series of John Cockerill’s Europ-Plast® fans available for various applications:
